rehabilitation

Do you find it difficult to adapt your training around pain? Do you want to learn to fix dysfunctions that may lead to or contribute to pain? Fundamental movement optimization is the first step towards renewed function and pain-free performance. Utilizing a comprehensive functional training approach rooted in clinical strategies and
geared towards injury prevention and performance, we provide you with principles and strategies to effectively re-establish the fundamentals of movement: mobility, stability/motor control, patterning and sequencing.

The next step is to address the importance of strength in the continuum of care.  We focus on rehab periodization to effectively manage load, drive progress, and maximize performance while still protecting the injury.  Common injuries we rehabilitate but not limited to include rotator cuff tendinopathy, patellofemoral tendinopathy, hip impingement and low back pain.

Also available through online sessions.
