Functional Range Conditioning was developed by world-renowned musculoskeletal expert Dr. Andreo Spina. Functional Range Conditioning® (FRC) is a comprehensive mobility and joint training system based in scientific principals and research. FRC utilizes the latest advancements in scientific knowledge, combined with tried and tested training methods to increase ones active, useable ranges of motion by simultaneously improving articular mobility, strength, and neurological control. In essence, the FRC training system improves the ability to control and move one’s own body.
