At Forest City Personal Training we have something for everyone. Whether you're here to gain muscle, lose fat, or rehabilitate, we've got a plan with your name on it. Programming can be delivered in person within a gym setting, on your own schedule through our fitness app, or via Zoom in the comfort of your own home/hotel room. Whatever your need: accountability, scheduling accommodations, or pain management, we've got you covered.
"I have been working out with Jim since September 2020. Before our very first workout Jim measured my flexibility and range of motion. Jim also asked me what I wanted to accomplish during our workout times together. I was very impressed with his thoroughness. We have been working out together 3 times per week and I have noticed a great improvement in my strength, flexibility, cardio endurance and the ability to do all exercises correctly. This is of great importance to Jim as he spends extra time, so I do not injure myself. Jim will also keep switching up my routines, so they are always challenging. I am impressed with his attention to detail and professionalism. Jim has many different qualifications making him a very well-rounded trainer. As the gym was being closed due to COVID 19 Jim gave me some exercises to do at home and suggestions for cardio. Jim has also provided me with some nutrition tips to help build my muscle strength. Our latest sessions have now ended, I will extend my sessions and continue with Jim as my personal trainer. Thank you, Jim, for all your help and expertise."
